  • Are your prices in Australian Dollars (AUD)?

            Yes

  • Do your prices include GST and other taxes?

            Yes, our prices include GST and all taxes payable in Australia. Orders shipped to New Zealand may incur NZ GST, customs charges and duties charged by NZ Customs Office if the total purchase price is more than the equivalent of NZ$190. Please contact NZ Customs if this is the case, as these charges are not the responsibility of Mama’s All That.

            International customers please note: we always do our best to avoid taxes and duties, however you may be charged local sales taxes or import duties. If you are unsure or concerned about this, please contact your local Customs Office.

  • How much does delivery cost?

  • How long will delivery take?

            Please allow 3-7 days for deliveries within Australia and 5-10 days for international orders. Shipping times may be longer due to circumstances beyond our control, for example public holidays.

  • Do I need to pay extra for insurance?

            No, insurance is included in the cost of delivery.

  • What size is the model wearing?

                   Brianna is our gorgeous Mama. She’s 179cm tall and is wearing size large. She’s 39 weeks pregnant in these photos.

  • What is the sizing like?

            Our sizes tend to run on the generous side. This is because every baby bump is different. It is important to check the measurements in each item description. Remember, you will grow in places you never grew before!

           We have three sizes:

                                    Small           fits 10-12

                                    Medium      fits 14-16

                                    Large           fits 18-20

  • How can I leave feedback?

            We love to hear from our happy Mamas and we share your feedback through our Contact Us Portal. Sharing your experience will help other Mamas decide whether our style is right for them.

  • The item I want is out of stock.

            We want to avoid advertising items that are not in stock. We do try to have a level of stock to meet demand, but as a small business this isn’t always possible. Some items may sell out fast. Send us an email via ‘Contact Us’ and we’ll notify you if your favourite will be available in the future.

  • How do I know if my order has been shipped?

            We will email you when it leaves our hands. Please check your spam/junk folders as sometimes (sadly) that’s where our emails go.

  • What is your returns policy?

            See refer to our Returns Policy page.

  • Have you received my return?

Returns will take up to 5 business days to process. We’ll email you during this time. Please check your spam/junk folders.

  • I have a Gift Card. Does it have an expiry date?

            Yes, Gift Cards have an expiry of 36 months

  • Can I receive a refund for my Gift Card?

            Gift Cards are not refundable.

  • Can I get a refund if my Gift Card is lost or stolen?

            Unfortunately no, you must treat your Mama’s All That Gift Card like cash.

  • Can I return items purchased using my Gift Card?

            Of course, provided they are returned according to our Returns Policy. Please note that items purchased using a Gift Card can only be refunded as a Store Credit. If your purchase used part Gift Card and part Credit Card, only the Credit Card portion will be refunded to your Credit Card. The balance will remain as a credit on your account.

            Once a Store Credit has been issued, that value cannot be changed to a cash refund.         

  • Can I change or cancel my order?

            Yes, provided you notify us before your order has been despatched. This will usually be within 24 hours of placing your order.
