Mama’s All That accepts returns and offers either refunds, exchange (provided the requested item is in stock) or store credit on full priced items. Mama’s All That only accepts items in original unwashed condition with all tags still attached within 30 days of date of purchase.
Mama’s All That will NOT cover return shipping cost. These costs are at the expense of the customer, unless it is deemed damaged/faulty. If an exchange is required, please send us a message via the Contact Us portal and you will be issued with a Returns Code to be quoted when returning the item. The Returns Code is not a “reply paid” number.
We at Mama’s All That strive for the highest quality garments. If you believe that you have received an item that is damaged or faulty, please let us know through the Contact Us portal and we can work to resolve the issue.
From the date of us receiving your returned item, allow 5 - 10 business days for Australian domestic orders to be processed, and 10 - 21 business days for international orders.
If you choose untracked returns postage, Mama’s All That will not take responsibility for the item if it lost in transit.
When returning an item, please include your Name, Address and Returns Code.
